But due to middle man involvement the farmers are not getting this much of profit is the sad truth
Why giving importance to middleman bro. He takes ur tomatoes for 15 rs /kg and sell it at 30rs kg. So if he gets 2-3 farmers like us then he earn 5-6 times more than we earn after this much hardwork.
So better is that we sell it by ourselves.
Let’s hire some men on daily basis to sit with our product for retail market. Give them 300 rs a day. If he sells only 20 kg a day then also we are in profit as 20 kg go for 300 when give to middleman and the same goes for 600 when we hire a man for detail.
And obviously in a day he cannot sell only 20 kg tomatoes.
Also we can do price minimization to about 25₹/kg so that we get more costomer acquisition so we can do that also.
So for 1 acre, if we harvest 20tonns then we get rs 3 lakh from middleman and we get 5 lakh with lower price of 25 rs/kg by hiring a retail man.
Retail man can get daily basis for 60 days 18k rs and we earn 1.8 lakh rs more with a satisfaction of giving a person job.
